What is coaching?

Coaching creates awareness about your thoughts. Your brain offers over 40,000 thoughts a day about a myriad of circumstances.  Those thoughts create feelings and feelings drive behaviors.  No matter the circumstances, you have the power to control your emotions by noticing your thoughts about the circumstance.  It leads to intentional thinking, which creates the results you have in your life.
